So much of what we do is out of habit, fear, conditioning, a desire to belong/stay safe/not rock the boat. It’s unconscious hamster-wheeling. Stop.

What makes you feel free?

What creates feelings of optimism, hope, joy, curiosity, giddiness, lightness in you?

What do you desperately want but fear stepping toward?

Where does your mind wander when it’s untethered?

Do more of that. You’re losing touch with vital parts of your essence if you’re not.
