Sometimes the fear won’t go away. So you’ll have to do it afraid.

This has been the theme this week. Almost everyone I’ve met with is facing big stuff: big change, big acceptance, big release, big truth, big upset, big dismantling.

It doesn’t matter how many readings or healing sessions you have; how many conversations or plans made; how fervently you guard against pain or discomfort…at some point, you’ll have to do it.

That point is about cultivating a deep, sacred trust – in yourself, your soul, your inner truth. That point inevitably includes leaping through fear and pain in the name of faith and growth.

These are the times that test us and evolve us. These are the times that give way a fuller, more true life.

Take those leaps. Make friends with the fear. Trust what is coming apart in your life – and what’s being built in its place.
