“In the end, we only regret the chances we didn’t take, the relationships we were too afraid to have, and the decisions we waited too long to make”
– Lewis Carroll
What often stands in our way is releasing what no longer works for us or feeds us or honors us. Often we know what could be, but we’re fearful to let go of what is.
These aren’t quandaries for the faint of heart, but the courageous are rewarded with vibrancy and fulfillment and wholeness.
Release with kindness, honesty, clarity and integrity and then say yes the new things that line up in congruence with who you are.
