By accepting the services the client fully and completely release Katie Benway from any damage or liability he or she may incur as a result of such services, including, but not limited to: physical and/or emotional pain, injury, or discomfort.
Professional scientifically based medical attention and Legal counsel should not be avoided, discarded, nor delayed when there is reason to seek help. Although Katie Benway provides healing services, it does not assert that any services consist of medical treatment, nor is Katie Benway licensed to present itself as a distributor of medical assistance.

Cancellation Policy
- If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please give 48 hours advance notice to ensure that you are not charged for the appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will be expected to pay for the appointment.
- Please do not attempt to fill your own canceled appointment or “give” it to someone else. Your responsibility is simply to cancel your appointment. Coaching sessions are not transferable.
- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not provided notice, you will be expected to pay for the appointment.

Considerations
- It is important that you prepare to arrive on time for your session. If you arrive late, Katie cannot extend your session beyond your scheduled time; refunds will not be provided for any session time you have missed.
- Please do not bring children to your appointment. If you are a nursing mother and must bring your infant, please let us know.
- Please do not bring pets/animals to your session. Katie is highly allergic to dogs, cats and other animals.
- Your psychic/mediumship session is subject to your own personal interpretation. Information presented does not constitute financial, medical, legal, psychological or business advice. You are responsible for yourself, your actions and your choices.

Payment Policy
Payment will be due at the beginning of each session. If you arrive at an appointment unable to pay for your session, the session will be cancelled and you will no longer be allowed to book with Katie.
