Acknowledge the Truth
Be honest with yourself about what you know has changed or the change you know you need to make. You cannot avoid change by ignoring it – but you can work with it by acknowledging its truth.

Find some space and time to be quiet and still. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Allow and welcome the truth: What change has come or is coming that I must acknowledge? Write it down or say it out loud. Very simply: tell yourself the truth.

Acknowledge your Fears
Only when you bring your fears conscious can you begin to free yourself from them. If they remain stuck in your body, pushed down into your subconscious space, they’ll run rampant – and run the show. You don’t need to extinguish them in order to navigate change – you simply need to acknowledge and honor them.

Continuing to be quiet and still. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Allow and welcome the truth: What about this change is most frightening? What fears come up when you consider navigating this change? What fears could stop you from allowing yourself to change or transform? State your answers aloud or write them down.

Find the Place in your
Body that Holds Truth

Your body knows the truth. Just as your Soul does. Your body contains profound insights and the compass needle pointing you in the direction of your own personal path. Take this seriously and consult with this place – it won’t let you down.

Continuing to be quiet and still. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Notice the place in your body that holds this truth. Notice where your attention is drawn or comes to rest. Notice if a certain area of your body tightens or flutters or registers some kind of physical reaction. Your body will give you its own personal signals to show you just where to go. When you find this space, rest here. Notice color, energy, feeling, and what you sense. There is no right or wrong – just awareness of this space.

Discover your Next Right Step
Meeting change from your Soul will grant you not only the grounding to navigate what’s before you, but the roadmap as well. Visiting the space of stillness and truth in your body will take you out of fear and into alignment with your Soul. From here, you can access your Next Right Step. From here, you don’t need to worry about what you should or ought to do and you won’t find yourself caught up in confusion or self-judgment. This space, if you ask, will offer you clarity about your Next Right Step.

Continuing to be quiet and still. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Return to the place of stillness and truth in your body and open with curiosity. Allow and welcome the truth: As I navigate this transition or change, what is the Next Right Step? What small, aligned action wants to be taken? Trust what you see, sense, perceive, or remember. Trust that even the smallest, seemingly insignificant, action is powerfully necessary. Trust your Soul and then take that Next Right Step.
